Do something every day that helps you improve yourself. Do something everyday that can help those who you love. Set goals whatever type of goal. It could be about health, finances, relationship. One of my goals this year is to do some type of exersicing everyday for the year 2006 at least for twenty minutes. it can be running, walking, kayaking, cycling, rollerblading, push-ups, sit ups, surfing etc..
